A woman always needs that sexy yet classy black little number. I love this dress because it will flaunt your body and show off your curves in all the right places especially with the waist-belt that tends to accentuate the smallest part of your body. I also like that the
dress fabric drapes so if you do have bigger hips then it should be loosely-fitted and the detail also distracts the attention away.

I love the idea of a high-waisted pencil skirt with the right length crop top- of course. It is definitely not an elegant look to ever have your whole stomach sticking out and especially  not if you work in the corporate world.

 

This outfit can be worn for work but what I would do is make sure that the crop top meets the top of your skirt (it may also tuck into your skirt) and then I would wear a formal fitted jacket over it. However, if you also need a classy and elegant outfit for a special night out - this is it! You can go from desk to dinner in an instant and if you want to show a bit more skin you can leave the jacket behind!
