Vanity Fair | Call Me Caitlyn

Breaking news headlines across the globe and on the cover of Vanity Fair "Call me Caitlyn" formerly known as Bruce Jenner shows off her new transformation.

I remember watching the two-part espisode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, aired in May where she spoke to daughters Kylie and Kendall Jenner separately before confronting stepdaughters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian about transitioning into a woman and that certain changes had already been done while others still needed to be planned.

Kim alluded to the fact that "Everyone in the family has such a different emotion" where the common ground is that everyone does "accept" and "support him" even though everyone may end up expressing their feelings differently. I mean it does probably feel like there is a "sense of death" in the family and in one of the episodes Kris Jenner made a statement that it feels as though she has to "mourn Bruce". Similarly, both Kylie and Kendall feel "like there dad is gone, but they understand that they've gained someone else that is the same person, although a little bit different."

Kim summed it up by saying that "It's just a new chapter"

Ultimately, I think that Caitlyn look gorgeous and fabulous on the new cover of Vanity Fair. It is great that people can be true to themselves without feeling judged and if you are judged because of the society we live in - you should learn to be strong enough not to worry or care and to block out negativity because you should feel that you were never born to please everyone. There is always going to be people that will hate you and try to break you no matter what. Learn to be yourself as that is what makes us all unique and be proud of who you are.

What do you think of the new Caitlyn Jenner? Are you for or against the transformation?
