the weekend, baby! And that means baking time!
I couldn’t resist when I walked
into Woolies and I saw their big display of everything you need for baking. So,
I thought there is no better way than to make a Sticky Toffee Pudding that is something
simple and easy to do plus I get to bake! See below what you need and how to make the perfect Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Sticky Toffee Pudding
What do I need?
Ingredients:
Pudding:
Pudding:
1 Large Egg
60 ml of Water
Sauce:
65g of Unsalted butter
150ml of Boiling water
150ml of Boiling water
Medium mixing bowl
Whisk
20cm x 14 cm x 5cm Rectangular baking dish

What do I do?
Instructions:
Pudding:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease baking dish (you
can use Spray and Cook).
2. Combine the egg, water and pudding mixture into a bowl
and whisk it until it is smooth.
3. Spoon into the baking dish.
4. Bake for 18 – 25 minutes until golden brown or until an
inserted skewer comes out clean.
Sauce:
1. While the pudding is baking, combine the unsalted butter
and boiling water into a microwaveable bowl.
2. Heat gently in the microwave until the unsalted butter
has dissolved. Make sure you stir regularly.
3. Remove the pudding from the oven when it is ready. Prick
it all over and then slowly pour the sauce over the hot pudding.
4. Lastly, serve the pudding and enjoy!
