Weekend Routine | Content Week

What would you consider as a weekend that is well-spent?
Typically, for many people this would entail doing pretty much nothing and just being able to fully relax as your weekday's always feel like a continuous productive cycle.

For me, indulging in the latest copy of the Grazia Magazine, every Friday is the start of what fulfills my weekend. Besides, the fact that I absolutely love fashion, dressing-up and blogging - getting my weekly Friday dose on some of the latest trends in the shops gives me a reason to do my favourite thing and go shopping on a Saturday at Sandton City. Thus, shopping on a Saturday is next on my list for a weekend well-spent as this includes spending time with my love and getting treated to a delicious lunch, in between strolling in and out of every shop.

While, my weekend sounds like it is off to a crazy and busy start - I dedicate my Sunday's to pure relaxation where I could easily spend the whole day in my pyjamas. Spending your weekend just how you like it will definitely give you that boost and the right amount of energy that you need to kick-start your week. In addition, to having a week of content I usually try to plan and organise my life while I relax on a Sunday so that my week will hopefully run smoothly and things can flow as a natural order of events avoiding any unnecessary stress.

Although, they do say that the best memories are created when things are unplanned. Sometimes, being a bit spontaneous  is indeed a must as life isn't always mean't to be so rigid and structured. Let's be honest that you often actually end up having more fun than you expected which is exactly how some of the best memories are created. As much as we all strive for a balanced lifestyle for the most part we also need to truly live every day to the fullest.

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend and has a blessed week ahead xo.
