After having a splendid holiday away by the beach side. I usually come home all tanned and golden brown which is great! But what I don't come back with is the body I left with because I have packed some extra weight from all the delicious beach food and yummy ice-creams.
Thus, if I don't go to the gym then going on a bit of a detox is certainly the order of the day. I don't know about you but I'm not particularly fond of plain water that is actually tasteless! So, I found this recipe tried by Khloe Kardashian that is a simple way to add flavour to water and makes it taste that much better!
Ingredients:
12 Cups of Filtered Water
1 Medium Organic Cucumber
2-3 Small Organic Lemons
10-12 Organic Mint Leaves
Directions:
Wash lemons and cucumber, slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber and mint leaves to pitcher. Cover with water and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Lastly, drink up and enjoy xo.
